Parts & Service – All our genuine Mercedes parts come with a 2 year warranty. Parts that have been specifically ordered for chassis numbers will be non-refundable; all other refunds will be processed within 7 working days. All our workmanship comes with a 12 month guarantee.

All account customers are required to settle accounts within 30 days of invoice. Non-account holders are required to pay on collection of vehicles or parts. We cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage of any of your personal belongings left in vehicles. If a courtesy vehicle is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain their own insurance.

Sales & Hire – We certify all our vehicles, at the time of sale or hire are free from all encumbrances & liabilities. We have no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the vehicle, and believe to the best of our knowledge that the vehicle is being sold or hired in good operating condition (unless otherwise stated).

No warranty is given or implied by Master Tech Sales unless stated otherwise. All Vehicles are sold as seen in all respects and should be thoroughly inspected & approved by the buyer prior to the completion of the sale. All sales are deemed to be full & final.
